INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Item Overview

At the front of the dispenser there is a drip tray and above it is an outlet where the water is dispensed from.
At the rear of the dispenser is a removable water tank.
On the top of the dispenser at the back is a cover on the water tank, and at the front is a raised button that operates the dispenser.

At the rear of the dispenser is the reset hole (see section 4.5).
On the underside at the front is a drainage stopper (see sections 2.1 and 4.6).
On the underside, centre left, is a reset key (see section 4.5).
At the rear underside are two suction cups (see section 2.6).

  1. Setup

2.1 Drainage Stopper
Before using the dispenser, make sure the drainage stopper is pushed in firmly.
If it is not fully in place, water may leak during use.
It is located on the underside at the front of the dispenser.

2.2 Install the Drip Tray
Align the rear of the drip tray with the indented section on the front of the dispenser, then lower it into place so it is secured.

2.3 Clean the Water Tank
Clean the water tank before first use.
Use dishwashing liquid with cold or warm water (not hot).
Rinse thoroughly before use.

2.4 Fill the Water Tank
Add at least 0.5L of drinkable water.
The tank can be filled using a jug or by removing it and filling under a tap.

2.5 Power On / Start Up
Connect to a 220–240V power outlet.
If the unit has not been used recently, dispense one cup of water and discard it before normal use.

2.6 Suction Cup Feet
Two suction cups on the underside rear help stabilise the unit.
Ensure the bench surface is flat and clean so they adhere properly.

  1. How to Use

3.1 Start Dispensing
Press the button to dispense approximately 250ml of boiling water.
Water temperature may vary depending on voltage, inlet water temperature and altitude.

3.2 Stop Dispensing
Dispensing stops automatically after approximately 250ml.
To stop manually, press the button again.
There will be a short delay before water stops, which is normal.
Wait 5 seconds before removing your cup to allow remaining drips to fall.

3.3 Indicator Lights
Blue light: Water is being dispensed.
Alternating blue and green lights: Water tank is empty and needs refilling.

  1. Maintenance

4.1 Removing Limescale
Use a suitable limescale remover regularly.
Follow the descaler instructions.
Place a container under the outlet and dispense water three times.
Empty the tank, rinse, refill with clean water, and run one full cycle again.
Do not drink water produced during descaling.

4.2 Long-Term Storage

  1. Unplug the unit.

  2. Remove and empty the water tank.

  3. Drain the dispenser (see section 4.6).

  4. Dry all parts.

  5. Store upright in a cool, dry place.

  6. Before reuse, refill and discard the first full dispense cycle.

4.3 Water Tank and Drip Tray
Do not store water in the tank for more than 48 hours.
Clean regularly using cold or warm water (not hot).
Wipe dry with a soft cloth.

4.4 Water Source
Poor quality water may cause scaling, blockages and reduced service life.

4.5 Resetting the Thermostat

  1. Unplug the dispenser.

  2. Remove the water tank.

  3. Lay the unit gently on its side.

  4. Remove the clear reset key from the underside.

  5. Insert it into the reset hole at the rear and press firmly several times.

  6. Return upright, refit the tank, and plug in.

  7. Press the button to restart.

4.6 Draining the Dispenser

  1. Unplug and remove the tank.

  2. Position the unit so water can drain safely.

  3. Pull out the drainage stopper on the underside front.

  4. Once drained, push the stopper fully back in and dry the unit.

• For household use only.
• Do not overfill or add hot water, milk, juice or other liquids.
• Always unplug before cleaning or transport.
• Do not operate with wet hands.
• Do not immerse the main unit in water.
• Supervise children at all times.
• Do not use if the power cord is damaged.
• Use a grounded 10A power outlet.
• Dispenses boiling water – risk of burns.
• Keep hands, face and body away from outlet.
• Do not leave unattended while operating.
• Descale regularly.
• Do not operate below the minimum water level.
